DBSK's Junsu, Micky, and Jaejoong have their first hearing regarding their situation with SM Entertainment today. An appeal to the courts to suspend the exclusive contract between DBSK and SM Entertainment was made (by DBSK) and if by chance the exclusive contract suspension does not go through, the 3 members will leave the group. Furthermore, it is being speculated that the two members who did not partake in the appeal, Yunho and Changmin, will walk a separate path with three new members.

Considering all this, the reactions of the fans will probably cause absolute chaos. Not only this, but people who are vying for the three open spots of DBSK will also be tearing up a storm to get a chance. DBSK's fan club Cassiopeia is currently boycotting SM Entertainment. With the cancellation of SM TOWN LIVE '09, they began the boycott on the 12th and are continuing to do so.

Of course, people are unsure of which way the wind will blow as of yet. Things with SME may be resolved, but the probability of the group breaking up is also quite real.


DBSK's lawyer stated "DBSK members are very upset about the entire situation, but hopes that the lawsuit will end well." In addition, "We do not want DBSK to split up. And even if they do change management companies, there is still a chance that DBSK will remain together."

The 1 hour and 20 minute hearing over exclusive contract rights and improper compensation is now over, however all parties are required to submit all proof and documentation by September 12th, 2009, in order for the courts to make a final judgment.

Hyori very worried over Daesung's accident

Family Outing’ Hyo Ri- Jong Kook- Jae Suk.. “Very worried” about Dae Sung’s accident

Popular group Big Bang’s member Dae Sung’s traffic accident has made fellow members of SBS ‘Family Outing’ Lee Hyo Ri, Kim Jong Kook and others worry for the whole night.

While returning from ‘Family Outing’ filming on the 11th around 4 PM coming back to Seoul at around Kyunggi-do area Dae Sung encountered an accident when the car he was in hit the center divider. Dae Sung was taken to a neighborhood hospital and received emergency treatment where afterwards he was evacuated urgently to a Seoul hospital. A person speaking for the hospital said he suffered some spinal injuries and needs to undergo treatment for 6 weeks.

Upon hearing news of his accident on the day the Family Outing performers and production team became really worried.

Especially for ‘Family Outing’s’ Madam Lee Hyo Ri. On the day of hearing about Dae Sung’s accident she rolled her foot as she was trying to contact him. On the 12th Lee Hyo Ri’s representative said “From the time she heard about Dae Sung’s accident on that day had tried to get in touch with him in every single way possible.” “She even tried contacting his manager and stylist but was unable to get in touch and she was extremely worried.”

The rep also said “At first she thought it was justa minor accident but after hearing that the condition is more serious than she thought she became really worried.”

Lee Hyo Ri isn’t the only one. After Kim Jong Kook heard about the accident he spoke to the people around him “Dae Sung’s injury won’t be serious” saying this as he was really concerned. Kim Jong Kook’s representative said “Kim Jong Kook-ssi was extremely surprised.” “He had hoped that Dae Sung’s injury wouldn’t be serious.”

Family Outing’s MC Yoo Jae Suk became really worried when he heard about Dae Sung’s traffic accident. Yoo Jae Suk’s representative said “When Yoo Jae Suk heard about Dae Sung’s accident he was really worried.”

Meanwhile because of Dae Sung’s accident, it will be hard for him to do the musical ‘Shouting’ on the 12th. It was planned to be the first performance of ‘Shouting’ with his fellow member Seung Ri.

Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin are off the market!!!

According to the media, Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin grew close through working together as a couple on the 2008 KBS drama, Worlds Within. The two also represented Amore-Pacific’s Aritaum brand together. However, they didn’t begin dating until June, following Hyun Bin’s stay in Busan to film Friend, Our Legacy. It was supposedly a case of “distance makes the heart grow fonder” as they were separated during his filming. During that time, the two friends developed greater feelings for each other.

Hyun Bin’s agency stated on the morning of August 5, “Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin were good friends and became lovers two months ago.” Song Hye Kyo’s agency also confirmed the news. Sources said the two usually go on dates at cafes in Chungdam-dong or Apgujeong-dong, in a car, or with a group of friends.

When asked about his ideal woman in a recent interview, Hyun Bin answered that she should have good sense (in knowing how to act in different situations) and be feminine yet eat well. One can assume that Song Hye Kyo fits this description? Hyun Bin will likely not discuss his relationship with the media as he adamantly told Star News on July 28, “I don’t want to reveal my private life. Whether it’s my house, parents, or girlfriend.”

In contrast to when Hyun Bin was rumoured to be dating Hwang Ji Hyun and fans verbally abused Hwang, netizens are greeting this news with compliments and congratulatory comments toward Hyun Bin and Song Hye Kyo. Song was previously linked to drama co-stars Lee Byung Hun (confirmed) and Bi (rumoured).

TVXQ disbanding?

I got shocked of my life as I read the news on lawsuit filed by JaeJoong, Yoochun and Junsu.The only thing i can think of even at this moment,- are they heading splitville?If yes, that mean it's a disaster for all cassiopeia.

'The 3 guys filed an injuction to remove the for provisional disposition to terminate all effects of their exclusive belonging rights contract with SM on 31st July.It has been known that their reasons for doing so is that the contract with SM Entertainment has many irrelevant conditions attached. It is also known that the content to the contract the 3 members cannot agree to includes having them belonging exclusively to SM Entertainment for 13 years and also unhappiness over profit allocation.'- allkpop

SM entertainment are very well known with their 'super strict' rules with the idols under their label.All those crazy life style-traveling back and forth from China or Japan to their motherland , endless projects, endorsement promotions, concerts and most importantly less time their love ones has really took a toll on them.I would say, they have been treated like golden milk cow-and SM as the owner definitely would do anything to gain profit from these guys while they still at the peak of fame.Only God knows what happened behind those curtains.For JaeJoong, Yoochun and Junsu, they had enough it thus gained their courage and stand up for their right.

However, there's one issue that i really didn't get it.Why Yunho and Changmin didn't file the lawsuit and what are their reason for not doing it?.In my personal view, as a great and brilliant leader of TVXQ, there must be a vital point or reason that he knew and considered which lead him to the decision.Yet he also didn't stop the other 3 to continue the lawsuit.Same goes to the youngest member of the group-Changmin.I always view Changmin a mature and bright young man next to Yunho in TVXQ so the decision he took must have gon thru a thorough consideration like his leader.

Like other cassiopeias, I'm anxious to know what happen next.I prayed hard these guys not to fall apart.If SM smart enough, he should take initiative to compromise with their demand rather than losing at the end.TVXQ has been the main income generator for SM and also the reason for the investors to come in.I bet if this case really proceed in court, it will hurt a lot of parties and I hate to see that.
